The pouch is just gorgeous, subtle slightly dusky pink. High quality leather that will soften with use and is beautifully made. I can’t praise these items enough- the designs are just fabulous and the craftsmanship exquisite. They are all a joy to work with and to look at. Although a higher price than usual, I think they are all extremely good value. The packaging is adorable too, and the company is helping to keep these traditional crafts alive. What a wonderful little pair of scissors. They are incredibly sharp, wonderfully smooth and easy to open and close, and will clearly last forever. Not to mention the absolutely stunning lacquer handles! The moment I started using them I immediately ordered the large shears, too.
