By placing an order, you acknowledge you are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and fees assessed upon arrival.

General Notice

Please note that our product prices do not include any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees. These charges, if assessed, are imposed by the customs authorities in the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

When your order arrives in the United States, it will be processed by U.S. Customs. Any applicable charges will be billed to you directly by the shipping carrier or the local customs office at the time of delivery or pickup.

Uncertainty of Rates

We cannot pre-calculate your import fees. Import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees are determined by the laws and regulations of the destination country (the U.S.) and by the specific tariff classification and value of the product. Because these charges vary and may change without notice, we are unable to accurately estimate the total amount in advance.

Recommendation:Before placing your order, we strongly recommend that you contact U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) or consult official U.S. customs resources to confirm any potential costs that may apply to your shipment.

Payment Methods

Credit Card

All credit card payments are processed via PayPal. A PayPal account is not required to complete payment. Customers with an existing PayPal account may complete checkout more quickly, as their card details are already registered.

・Please note that payment is accepted in Japanese Yen (JPY).

・We kindly ask for your understanding that customers are responsible for both the standard exchange service fee and any fluctuation-related fees.

・Exchange rates and service fees may vary depending on your card issuer. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and suggest contacting your card company directly for detailed information.

・If the order amount changes after confirmation and a refund is issued, a separate Exchange Service Fee may be applied. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Fees

International Shipping Fee

Shipping Company: DHL
The shipping fee depends on the destination country or region, and total weight, including the products and their packaging materials. The fee is calculated at checkout.

For international orders, our delivery partner, DHL, will handle customs clearance on your behalf in eligible countries. Please note that any import duties and taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Additional charges are calculated based on the product price and shipping fee shown on the invoice. As calculation methods differ among countries, please contact the customs office of your destination for further details.

Domestic Shipping Fee (Japan)

Shipping Company: Sagawa

・Japan (excluding Hokkaido and Okinawa): 690 JPY

・Hokkaido: 1,300 JPY

・Okinawa: 2,200 JPY

For orders over 11,000 JPY (tax included), domestic shipping within Japan is free, except for Okinawa.

Other Payable Fees

The amount payable at checkout is the total of the product prices and shipping fee.

In addition to the checkout amount, import taxes, VAT (Value Added Tax), and customs duties or handling fees may be charged after your order arrives in your country, typically at the time of customs clearance.

Recently, customs procedures may begin immediately after the shipping confirmation email has been sent to you. Customers are responsible for these costs.

Availability of Delivery

We are currently unable to ship to the following countries:

Afghanistan, Belarus, Burkina Faso, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Libya, Mali, Russia, Sudan, Somalia, Syria, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen

Delivery Time

"Delivery time" refers to the period from the placement of your order until its arrival at your address.

・Delivery may take longer than usual due to shipping status, such as processing, transit, or customs clearance.

・It may also be delayed by external conditions, such as weather, traffic, or local circumstances.

・During the first week following a new product release, delivery may be delayed due to increased order volume.

・Delivery may also be affected by circumstances such as absence, refusal of receipt, or an incorrect address.

・Even after your tracking number is issued, it may take a few days before it becomes active in the system.

Delivery Address

Please provide a full street address, including ZIP code (postal code). DHL does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

If the delivery address must be changed, an additional fee of 1,700 JPY will be charged by DHL.

International Policy

・Liability: We are not responsible for undelivered packages once all reasonably required delivery procedures have been completed.

・Service Changes: We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the international delivery service, or to modify its content, without prior notice.

Order Changes, Cancellations & Returns

Order Changes

Changes to order details cannot be accepted once the order has been completed. We are unable to combine multiple orders. Please double-check your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.

Cancellations

・Regular Orders: Cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

・Pre-Orders: Cannot be cancelled once payment has been completed.

Returns & Exchanges

Products are eligible for return or exchange only if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Before contacting us, please review the conditions. To initiate a request, send an email to: staff@cohana.style

Include clear photos of the defective or incorrect item in your email.

Conditions

・The product is faulty or defective.

・The product received is different from what you ordered.

Please Note: Returns or exchanges are not accepted for products that have been used or damaged by the customer. Returns for reasons other than defective or damaged products, or shipping errors, are not accepted.

Non-Receipt & Email Issues

Non-Receipt of Orders

If an order cannot be received due to long-term absence, refusal to accept delivery, an unknown address, or similar circumstances, the delivery company will hold the package at the delivery store for seven days following its arrival.

・After this period expires, the package will be returned to us. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their orders are collected within this period.

・Even if the order is not received, the shipping fee will still be charged once the shipment has been dispatched.

・In addition, any costs incurred for the return shipment will also be charged to the customer.

・Please note that repeated failure to receive orders may result in the inability to accept future orders from the same customer.

Email Delivery Issues

Please be advised that, in some recent cases, our replies to inquiries sent to our contact email address have been blocked, preventing us from reaching the customer. We kindly ask for your understanding regarding the possibility of such occurrences.

If you do not receive emails, please check the following:

・Incorrect Email Address: Ensure that the registered email address is correct.

・Security or Antivirus Settings: Check your spam or trash folders. If possible, whitelist the domain "staff@cohana.style".

・Full Mailbox: Please confirm that your mailbox has sufficient capacity to receive emails.

*Please keep the email containing your tracking number for one week after receiving your order.
