There are two types of coupons issued by Cohana. One is paper coupons that are enclosed in lucky bags or distributed at events, and the other is digital coupons that are sent via e-mail.

Cohana Nihonbashi Store accepts only paper coupons. Please show the coupon at the cashier before purchasing.

Cohana's Online Store accepts both types of coupons. When using a coupon at the Online Store, you will need to enter the “Coupon Code” before the payment.

Coupons cannot be used for Cohana products purchases at the event venues or at other stores.

● Combining multiple coupons

Coupons cannot be combined.

● Terms & Conditions for using a coupon

Each coupon has a set expiration date and a set purchase amount that can be used. Terms & conditions vary depending on the coupon, so please check before use.

● After order completion

A coupon can not be applied to a completed order for which payment has been completed.

 

How to Use A Coupon at the Cohana Online Store

Add items to the cart, click “CHECK OUT”, enter the coupon code in the coupon code entry field, and click the “Apply” button.

Instructions for smartphones and tablets

1. Add the items to your cart and click “CHECK OUT” to proceed to the next page, where you will see a “Show order summary” below the Cohana logo. Click the tab then you will see a box to enter a coupon code.

2. Enter your coupon code then click the "Apply" 

3. When the coupon is applied, the amount of the discount is reflected to the price.

There is also a box to enter the coupon code below "Order summary." It is not necessary to enter the coupon in both, just enter it once in either and the coupon will be applied.

  

Instructions for PCs

1. Add the items to your cart and click “CHECK OUT” then a box to enter the coupon code will be shown on the right side of screen. Enter your coupon code then click the "Apply"

2. When the coupon is applied, the amount of the discount is reflected to the price.
