Pre-order Guide

Pre-order

・This is a service that allows customers to pre-order items that are scheduled to arrive at our online store.
・Products with the “Pre-order” in the product name are eligible for this offer.
・Products will be available in limited quantities. Sales will end as pre-order slots are gone.
・Pre-order can be accepted only for pre-order items. It is not possible to place a single order for other regular items in addition to the pre-order items.
・In case each pre-order item has a different arrival date, an order will be shipped according to the latest arrival date of the item.

     Example

           Product Ａ（Arrival in Early May）
　　　Product Ｂ（Arrival in Late April）
　　　Product Ｃ（Arrival in Mid-May）
　　　　↓
　　　Delivery will be in Mid-May as the last product C arrives in stock.

Cancellation
・Pre-order items cannot be cancelled after purchase.

Payment Method
・Credit card payments will be processed immediately upon confirmation of the pre-order. Bank transfer and cash on delivery are not available.
