About Pre-Order Items
Each item is carefully handcrafted by artisans, so the quantity we can prepare at one time is limited.
For this reason, a pre-order item is available as a pre-order and may take some time before delivery.
We hope you will look forward to receiving it.
We appreciate your patience and hope you will look forward to the anticipation of its arrival.
▼ Important Notes for Placing a Pre-Order (Cart System)
Due to our website’s system specifications, the following items cannot be placed in the same cart.and to ensure the reliable delivery of your order, the following items cannot be combined in a single cart.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please place and complete separate orders (including payment) for each item as listed below.

Items with different pre-order categories
Items labeled with different [Pre-order Categories] in their product names (e.g. [Pre-order A], [Pre-order B]) cannot be added to the same cart.
(Example: Please place separate orders for [Pre-order A: Arrival in Month ○] and [Pre-order B: Arrival in Month ○].) -
In-stock (regular) items
Pre-order items and regular in-stock items (available for immediate shipment) cannot be placed in the same cart.
▼ Shipping of Pre-Order Items
If you order multiple items with the same pre-order category (e.g. all [Pre-order A] items) at once, they will be shipped together based on the latest arrival date among the items in your order.
Example:
If you place both of the following items in your cart and order them at the same time:

[Pre-order A: Arrival early May] Item ① (actual arrival: May 5)

[Pre-order A: Arrival mid-May] Item ② (actual arrival: May 15)
→ Both items (① & ②) will be shipped together on May 15, once all items in your order have arrived.
(Even if Item ① arrives earlier, it will not be shipped separately under this order.)
Important Notice to our Customers:
If you would like to receive Item ① as soon as it arrives (early November), please be sure to place separate orders (and payments) for each item.

Cancellations & Changes
As a general rule for pre-order items, we are unable to accept any cancellations, additions, changes, or combinations once your order has been confirmed. -
Payment
When paying by credit card, the payment will be processed immediately upon order confirmation.Please note that cash on delivery (COD) is not available for pre-order items.

Sales Quantity
Pre-orders will close once the planned production quantity has been reached.
It is a customer's responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preferences.
In the unlikely event that the delivered item is damaged, defective, or different from your order,
please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.
