About Pre-Order Items

▼ Important Notes for Placing a Pre-Order (Cart System)

Due to our website’s system specifications and to ensure reliable delivery, the following items cannot be placed in the same cart. [cite: 107]

We apologize for the inconvenience and kindly ask that you place and complete separate orders, including payment, for each applicable item listed below. [cite: 108]
- Items with different pre-order categories
[cite_start]Items labeled with different [Pre-order Categories] in their product names (e.g., [Pre-order A], [Pre-order B]) cannot be added to the same cart. [cite: 110]

▼ Shipping of Pre-Order Items

If you order multiple items within the same pre-order category (e.g., all [Pre-order A] items) in a single order, they will be shipped together based on the latest arrival date among the items in that order. [cite: 115]
