Customs & Import Duties
Please note that our product prices do not include any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or brokerage fees.
These charges are imposed by your country's customs authority — not by Cohana — and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Please note that we cannot pre-calculate or estimate your import fees in advance. Import duties, VAT (Value Added Tax), and other customs processing fees are determined entirely by the laws and regulations of the destination country, based on the specific product classification and order value.
These charges vary by country and can change without notice. We strongly recommend contacting your local customs authority or consulting official customs resources to confirm any applicable costs before placing your order.
VAT & Customs on Returns
If you return a product under your Right of Withdrawal, any customs duties or VAT paid to your local customs authority are non-refundable by Cohana.
You may be able to claim a refund of these charges directly from your local customs authority.
Recently, customs procedures may begin immediately after the shipping confirmation email has been sent.
Payment Methods
All credit card payments are processed via PayPal. A PayPal account is not required to complete payment. Customers with an existing PayPal account may complete checkout more quickly, as their card details are already registered.
・Please note that payment is accepted in USD (US Dollars).
- ・Your bank or card provider may apply a currency conversion fee when charging in your local currency. Please contact your card company for details.
Shipping to the EU
Shipping Company: DHL
The shipping fee depends on the destination country or region and total weight, including the products and their packaging materials. The fee is calculated at checkout.
For international orders, DHL may handle customs clearance on your behalf, depending on your country. Please note that any import duties and taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient. For details on customs charges, please refer to Section 2.
Delivery Information
Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and national holidays. For more details, please refer to our online store schedule calendar.
We are currently unable to ship to the following countries:
If your country is not listed above, we are able to ship to your location.
"Delivery time" refers to the period from the placement of your order until its arrival at your address.
・Delivery may take longer than usual due to shipping status, such as processing, transit, or customs clearance.
・It may also be delayed by external conditions, such as weather, traffic, or local circumstances.
・During the first week following a new product release, delivery may be delayed due to increased order volume.
・Delivery may also be affected by circumstances such as absence, refusal of receipt, or an incorrect address.
・Even after your tracking number is issued, it may take a few days before it becomes active in the system.
Please provide a full street address, including postal code. DHL does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If the delivery address must be changed, an additional fee of $11 USD will be charged by DHL.
・Liability: Once the goods have been handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to the recipient. We are not responsible for undelivered packages once all reasonably required delivery procedures have been completed.
・Service Changes: We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the international delivery service, or to modify its content, without prior notice.
Order Changes, Cancellations & Returns
Changes to order details cannot be accepted once the order has been completed. We are unable to combine multiple orders. Please double-check your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
Regular Orders: Cannot be changed or cancelled once shipped.
Pre-Orders: Cannot be cancelled once payment has been.
EU customers may return any item within 14 days of receiving their order under the Right of Withdrawal (see Section 6).
For returns due to a faulty, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at staff@cohana.style within 14 days of receiving your order. Include clear photos of the item in your email.
Conditions:
- The product is faulty or defective.
- The product received is incorrect.
Please Note: Returns or exchanges are not accepted for products that have been used or damaged by the customer.
For returns under the Right of Withdrawal, please see Section 6.
Non-Receipt & Email Issues
If an order cannot be received due to long-term absence, refusal to accept delivery, an unknown address, or similar circumstances, the delivery company will hold the package at the delivery store for 7 days following its arrival.
The following conditions apply once the holding period has expired:
- The package will be returned to us. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their orders are collected within this period.
- Even if the order is not received, the shipping fee will still be charged once the shipment has been dispatched.
- In addition, any costs incurred for the return shipment will also be charged to the customer.
- Please note that repeated failure to receive orders may result in the inability to accept future orders from the same customer.
Please be advised that, in some recent cases, our replies to inquiries sent to our contact email address have been blocked, preventing us from reaching the customer. We kindly ask for your understanding regarding the possibility of such occurrences.
If you do not receive our emails, please check the following:
- Incorrect Email Address: Ensure that the registered email address is correct.
- Security or Antivirus Settings: Check your spam or trash folders. If possible, whitelist the domain "staff@cohana.style".
- Full Mailbox: Please confirm that your mailbox has sufficient capacity to receive emails.
*Please keep the email containing your tracking number for one week after receiving your order.
