The small box, crafted from sakura color washi paper, offers a quietly soothing presence each time the lid is opened. The woven miniature motifs can be used for accessories and small handmade items, or added to cards and gifts as a subtle spring accent that conveys heartfelt sentiment.

The Washi paper used for this small box is crafted using Tenassen, a traditional hand-screen printing technique. Each color is custom-blended from a mix of pigments and resins, then meticulously layered one by one by hand using a large spatula.

This year’s edition features a gentle combination of soft sakura hue and spring-inspired purple.The genuine leather case is also crafted to complement sakura color.
