This piece features the Ibushi Long Blade, 105 mm, distinguished by its slender, elongated tip.
The narrow blade allows easy access to hard-to-reach areas—near the presser foot of a sewing machine or within densely stitched embroidery—where earlier snips may fall short.
It performs beautifully not only for cutting threads, but also for unpicking stitches, serving as a reliable alternative to a seam ripper.

The wrapping cord is made from durable Sanada-himo, a traditional woven cord long used for tea utensils and obi-jime.
Finished with a leather tag stitched with the Cohana logo, it is a small but thoughtful detail that reflects careful craftsmanship.

Measuring approximately 36–38 cm square, this small furoshiki is slightly smaller than a standard handkerchief.

When stored, it serves as a compact tool wrap; during use, it can be opened out as a work mat or a place to rest small tools.
