As a token of our gratitude, we are pleased to present two of our popular scissors—the Small Scissors with Lacquered Handles and the Seki Mini Scissors —in a special edition design.
The leather case is adorned with the Asanoha pattern, long considered a symbol of good fortune, delicately embroidered in gold.
Paired with scissors of exceptional quality, this special edition case brings elegance to your hands and a touch of brilliance to every creative moment.
This year, the lacquered handles are available in two popular colors making a long-awaited return, as well as one brand-new shade.
Yellow and Pink reappear in the same beautiful lacquer hues introduced for our Nihonbashi store's 8th anniversary—enjoy this special reunion.
Joining them is Blue, a fresh new tone with a soft, airy impression that sets it apart from our previous shades.
As natural lacquer ages, its color gently changes over time.
We hope you will enjoy the unique beauty of this natural transformation.
We invite you to welcome these special scissors as a partner in your creative journey.
The blades are sharpened by adding a small edge by grinding the blade at two different angles, which ensures long-lasting sharpness and strength. Shaving the tip increases the accuracy of blade engagement.
