Notice of Newsletter Distribution System Change
Thank you for your continued support for Cohana. We have an important notice regardnig Newsletters from Cohana.
Effective February 1, 2024, the distribution system for the Cohana newsletter has been changed to a new one.
Following problems may be caused at the beginning of newsletter distribution with the new system.
① Not receiving newsletters even though you have been receiving them.
② Receiving newsletters even though you unsubscribed from our newsletter.
③ Receiving newsletters with the same content that I received before.
For ① case, please check your junk mail folder and and set it up to receive in your inbox folder OR please sign up again to re-register newsletter subscription.
For ② case, please unsubscribe our newsletter.
For ③ case, please allow us for sending you a couple of newsletters with the same content.
How to sign up for our newsletter
Please enter your e-mail address in the "Subscription Popup" or in the "Newsletter Signup Form" at the bottom of the page at the Cohana Online Store.
Due to system reasons, only you can sign up for our newsletter.
If the above methods do not work, please feel free to contact us via EMAIL.
How to unsubscribe our newsletter
Simply click on "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of the newsletter to complete the unsubscribe process.
Unsubscription can be processed by our staff as well.
