Shopping Guide for EU/EEA customers
Welcome. This page summarizes the rights and information that apply when you buy from Cohana as a consumer resident in the EU or EEA.
Your right of withdrawal (14 days)
If you are a consumer resident in the EU or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you) acquire physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may either:
- use our online withdrawal function (no account required): Withdraw from your contract
- or send any clear statement of your decision to withdraw to staff@cohana.style, optionally using the model withdrawal form below.
We will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal request without undue delay, by email, on a durable medium.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.
