Q. How do I know shipping fees for my order?

Overseas shipping fee is determined by country, region, and weight. The weight includes not only the product, but also tare, shipping materials, etc.
When you check out, the system will calculate the shipping fee based on the total weight of the items in your shopping cart and the address you have registered.


Q. How long does it take until my order is shipped?

Orders placed by 10:00 a.m. JST can be shipped on the same day. Orders received after that time will be shipped the next day.
Orders received on weekends and holidays will be shipped on the next business day.


Q. How long does it take to receive my order?

Arrival of package is approximately one week after the order is placed. It may take a little more or less depending on where you live.
Please note that if your package is stopped at the customs clearance, it may take longer than that.


Q. Can I use a P.O. Box as my mailing address?

Sorry. No, you can't.
Our shipping company, DHL, does not accept P.O. Boxes for shipping addresses.

Q. What is the additional charge that I am asked to pay?

The amount to be paid when purchasing at our online store is the total amount of product purchase price and shipping charges.

Q. Do you offer a maintenance service to resharpen scissors?

Maintenance service is available for some scissors, but is limited to Japan domestic due to shipping costs.
We recommend to consult your local specialty for re-sharpening.


Q. I lost the sheath of my Cohana scissors. Can I buy just the sheath?
